Hamas clearly doesn't give a fuul commitment for a hostage release and retrieving a martyred hostages. Now, it is justified for Israel to restarting a military operations and nullified a ceasefire.

I wish it was a fair fight and someone would come and give them military aid, but it looks like the zionists have won their war of propoganda and there is no stopping their march.  They will take southern Syria and southern Lebanon.  The Arab nations have failed their brothers.    
I do hope the civilized world learns a valuable lesson from this, that genocide is never going to be prevented.  The united nations is toothless as long as countries hold veto power.  It is time for all nations to develop nuclear weapons to protect themselves from this type of behavior.

\- Israel responds by returning to war, including outside of Rafah.

It's the exact same thing that happened 9 days ago, except that Israel hasn't (yet?) cut off aid this time.

...I would at this time like to remind everyone that we *do not know* if it was orchestrated by Hamas. Anyone talking like they know is trying to sell you a bridge.

(Hamas also staged a fake recovery of a hostage's body - might not even have been a hostage, it's a little unclear - as Red Cross has confirmed. But that feels like small beans in comparison to everything else that happened today.)

I hate titles like this because they try to throw blame on Israel while hiding all the things that explain why this happened.

Hamas has been violating the main point of the ceasefire, which is returning the hostages and their bodies. They were caught on camera digging out parts of a hostage’s body that they already returned parts of in an attempt to not return more bodies.

They also shot at IDF positions. There are no “accusations” they have done everything they are accused of, with indisputable evidence.

Classic example of media bias worth saving. I've seen headlines that read 'Israeli Military launches attack on Gaza despite ceasefire agreement' and then the article itself details that Hamas militants attacked soldiers within the withdrawal zone and the Israeli strike was a response. I can't imagine what it's like to choose to be a journalist, and then perform this kind of blatant bias.

2 terrorist attacked idf troops in Jabalia

Shot mortars on idf troops in Kerem Shalom area

As well as reports of small arms fire in Khan Younis and  dir el baleh.

Do we have a reliable source on what, exactly, the agreed upon terms of the ceasefire are? Because all I've heard since it was announced was both Hamas and Israel pointing fingers at each other and frankly I find it entirely believable that both of them have violated the ceasefire multiple times.

I had full confidence that this is what Israel would do, so i never celebrated the ceasefire. It always felt like a lie.

Why did it? Well, how could it not - considering the many times of Israel admitting on video on TV, on Internet interview and in the Knesset itself that, that the Palestinian people are "the enemy" and that they intended to "wipe out every last one of the enemy", and that they would take all of the Palestinian lands. 

There is also the fact of, very early on after Oct. 7th, real estate land being advertised in some synagogues. I viewed this online. It was appalling - and solidified for me that I won't be a part of any synagogue at all that receives funding from groups with Zionist ties of any expression. 

Painful as it is, I would rather remain completely alone than to sacrifice my integrity or my solidarity with humanity. I can't bear to knowingly and willingly support the harm done to the Palestinians, nor anyone else in Israel-Palestine, (including harming Jews psychologically through Zionism, or how it puts us all at risk).

How the positions of the "yellow lines" as a point of the ceasefire were able to be agreed to by both parties, but the specifications of their physical demarcation weren't, to my knowledge, specifically laid out in the offer or brought up for clarification by anyone involved, seems insane.

Does anyone know if there was ever an agreed upon notification system worked out that would make crossing it a violation contingent on an agreed upon 'sufficient" notice or warning by the IDF or Hamas? 

I just find it so hard to believe neither side had a documented responsibility in terms of securing these areas written into the agreement, especially with it being a multipoint withdrawal. It seems like a gigantic oversight, on everyone's part, that gets us right back to the "he said, she said" back and forth.
